Better than Great Stuff foam-in-a-can. Worked in 40deg weather as advertised.

This stuff is great for filling in those areas around door and windows. It has the perfect puff and dried quickly!

I used it to fill the lid of a cooler and worked perfectly and didn’t warp the lid out of shape like other spray foams will do. This is THE go-to to make your mid-cooler top notch.

The specifications clearly suggest it's the correct Foam product for Window Installations. But two of my contractors interviewed refused to use this product. Only telling me that they are unfamiliar with the brand and can not take any chances with the product (possibly) not performing as it is labeled and potentially causing damage and leaking-and Warranty issues.So I sent the case back.

This stuff is super sticky and you need to be sure you use much less than you think you will need. When I used mine, it came out in uneven spurts, so I tried moving slowly to make sure I filled the space. When I checked in on my work an hour later, the foam had expanded out of the gap I was trying to fill significantly. I was able to cut it away with a utility knife and sand it down and paint over like I'd hoped, but man. Stuff takes practice and a MUCH lighter touch than I expected.Does it work? Does it do its job of expanding and sealing and insulating a space? Sure. That's why it gets four stars.

This is pretty much as described on the product page. As other reviewers have reported, it is a quality expanding polyurethane foam that fills gaps and waterproofs as expected. It does expand quite a bit, there may be a bit less expansion than seen in some other products, but it is hard to quantify without performing a side-by-side comparison.Good product and works as expected.

This is lower expansion than Great Stuff, which is the only other type of this sort of sealing foam that we’ve ever used. When it cures, it’s a lighter color than the yellowy tan Great Stuff, if that matters to you. With practice and experimentation, we were able to manage to get the right amounts in to a replaced door jamb so that there wasn’t a lot of trimming in the end. I’ve never figured out how to get this sort of thing out of clothes, so it’s a good idea to wear apparel that’s already trashed, and disposable gloves. I’d buy this again, but it’s not *as* low expansion as I was hoping for. I suppose there’s a fine line between expanding to seal cracks and expanding out of its boundaries, and that’s probably dependent on the installer… so maybe I just need more practice!

Don’t believe it. It is NOT low expansion. This made a GIANT mess.

Easy to apply and exactly what I needed to seal the space around a new door, and was cheaper than other options. I do wish it came with a couple of extra straws! Easy to saw off the extra and filled even the narrow parts of the space well without buckling the frame.

The application of this expanding foam is very easy to use. Just make sure you shake the can very good before use. Otherwise the spray may come out liquidy. It expands a lot so a little goes a long way great for patching holes in garages and or insulation between walls or to cover any crevices between piping

First time using this company. We normally go with established brands in big box stores (Great Stuff, Loctite), but their 12 oz disposal can offerings have been very subpar with any innovation. Flimsy straws, small capacity, and suspiciously low volume.This product feels a lot better, definitely less mess than Great Stuff. Should be the same closed cell foam tech. Don't need large expansion foam, just need to fill gaps in windows and behind a cold plumbing wall. Cost slightly less than established brands too.

This expanding spray foam worked really well for what I needed it for. I had a large gap around my window in my kitchen, and I was able to get that filled in nicely with this. You only need to spray a little bit because it expands. My only complaint is that it kept oozing out of the tip when I stopped spraying it and I wasn’t able to unscrew the tip when I was done to put the cap back on.

I rent and my gas bill has been astronomical. I feel like there is a lot of drafty areas in my older building. I could see physical gaps behind more door jam and windows in the kitchen and I used this to seal off. I could feel the difference before it was even fully dry and my gas bill was easily lower. Totally worth it but take the time to wear gloves and clean it up as you go. It will save you some hassle.

This review is for the Window & Door Extreme Expanding Spray Foam, Low Expansion Polyurethane Spray Foam for Doors, Windows & Walls, Minimal Expansion, Window & Door Gap and Filler 12 oz Straw Foam (1 Pack).Ya know it's funny when you go through your house and start weather proofing everything... all of a sudden you start to notice new areas that were never properly done to seal stuff up and make it airtight! Some things you'll notice when it's hot out and the AC is running, and others when it's frigid cold winter temps as you walk into an area and notice how cold the floor/air is there once the heat is running!So when my mom bought this house it was a bank repo and had sat empty for a few years and she had to redo a lot of stuff. Well to save some money she had my brother in law/his friends redo some of the stuff...which of course means the least amount was done! Oh sure they put new doors in, but didn't bother to properly seal them up, do weather stripping, spray insulation around the doors/under the mouldings... you get the picture. So I'm now trying to do all these things so we're more comfortable and energy efficient! This should be easy to use too, super happy about that.So that's what I'll be using this can for, specifically under the front doorsill. Thankfully she had the new windows professionally done! I still need to get inside insulation covers for all the outlets/switches... So taking it one step at a time and it's coming along nicely. I'm prob going to need more of this for the side kitchen door too, as well as weather stripping for both! UGH! LOL. I have to wait for it to warm up a bit outside before I use this due to it's winter in our northern state!Regular price $ 13.49 per the listing and I'm good with it. This spray foam arrived quickly, were well packaged and undamaged.The foam can is well pressurized and dispenses easily. This product has a wider acceptable application temperature range than most similar products. Expansion was good, seal was good.If using a partial can the dispensing straw and outlet can be cleaned quickly for storage and reuse by using acetone, such as an inexpensive finger nail polish remover.Would I buy this again, yes.I use Amazon reviews every time when considering a product purchase. Here is my rating scale:5 Stars: Excellent product, no hesitation recommending or using.4 Stars: Good product with some limitations, could be improved.3 Stars: Fair product, can be made to work if your put your mind to it.2 Stars: Not very functional.1 Star: Don’t bother, it might even be painful.

This suffers from the same thing every other can of spray foam does - the junky straw. I am rehabbing our shed and after walking around it after dark with my very bright LED work light on inside, I found the light leak areas that needed some crack filler, and I didn’t want the stuff that expands to 18x the line you lay down, so this was my choice. I have professional guns and foam, but that foam is the 18x size and I don’t intend to close up the walls in the shed. I’m okay with some crack filler being visible, but I don’t want it to look cartoonish. I sealed the window and the wall/ceiling joints along the side walls of the shed. It works great at first, but the straw gums up pretty quickly which is typical of expanding crack filler with the disposable straw. I only got about 1/2 way around the top of the shed walls before I was doing clean-up and backfilling.As far as the product, it is right for the job of sealing doors and windows (and shed wall/ceiling joints) without excessive expansion. My wish is that the industry find a happy medium between these crap straws and the professional spray guns.

The product works well, however the screw on nozzle would not stay in play and eventually started leaking from the bottom. The made for a messy and sticky job, not to mention the waste of material.

This spray foam seem s to work as advertised, but it's difficult to impossible to get the whole can into tight places, also keeping it inverted at the same time.There is only one straw for applying it, and I didn't use the whole can so I cleaned the straw out with brake cleaner, hoping to be able to re-use it. It really seems that the whole unit is designed to use the whole can in one go.
